Toming Outer by Sogan

Toming is a term specific to East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), representing the act of setting an example. Typically imparted by elders to the younger generation.

The left part (vertical weaving) illustrates the exemplary nature of goodness.

The right part (black with waves) symbolizes the characteristics of youth, still in flux, seeking identity, and requiring continuous guidance and advice.
